Body Barre Fitness is has recently launched dates for upcoming workshops for our 200 hr Teacher Training Program. Accredited with the Canadian Yoga Alliance and Can Fit Pro. Our Teacher Training is the most comprehensive program of its kind in Canada. In this Certifications students will learn every aspects of the Body Barre Fitness Method; from Anatomy in Motion , Yoga & Pilates, Barre Concept and privately training clients. Our program can be taken in sections or all together. Starts this Fall Sept 17th, runs 1 weekend per month for 9 months.

Anatomy in Motion with Diane Bruni Sept 17th-18th

Expand Your Movement and Yoga Vocabulary with Diane Bruni . This workshop will literally change the way you feel and think about movement. Fun and interactive , the human body comes alive and gains new insights into how the body moves. The goal is help you understand how movement is produced at all major joints , how to create resilient strength as we age, functional movement patterns and basic functional anatomy. Mandatory program for the Full 200 hr Teacher Training , $350 +hst. All levels welcomed , this workshop can be taken alone or as apart of the 200 hr Teacher Training.

Barre Concept Instructor Training, Feb 24/25/26th, 2017

Barre Concept is the worlds first internationally approved barre workout method. The 3 Day intensive training course has accreditation in the UK, USA, Canada and Australia. BarreConcept is a creative 60 minute workout, whichcombines the precision of Pilates , alignment of yoga , the grace and technique of ballet. Add to this the strength from sports conditioning and you have all the elements of a typical Barre Concept session. This unique formula is designed to tone the thighs, lift the butt, sculpt the arms and flatten the abdominals. Pre - requisites , Anatomy in Motion, Yoga & Pilates Certification, Group fitness Instructor, Personal Training Certification. $1000 +hst

75 hr Yoga & Pilates Certification, Oct 15/16th, Nov19/20th, Dec 10/11th and Jan 28/29th

Join us for our 75 hour Yoga & Pilates Fundamentals Immersion Training! This Comprehensive training program is designed to help you deepen your understanding of Yoga & Pilates, in order to cultivate a solid, safe and effective practice. The program emphasizes developing a sense of Mastering Pilates core principles and Vinyasa inspired yoga flow concepts. Students will learn a practical foundation to instruct group fusion fitness classes in either yoga , Pilates or both combined . This portion of our Teacher Training is for all levels and can be done alone or with our full 200 hr Certification. $1000 +hst
