Body Barre Fitness is has recently launched dates for upcoming workshops for our 200 hr Teacher Training Program. Accredited with the Canadian Yoga Alliance and Can Fit Pro. Our Teacher Training is the most comprehensive program of its kind in Canada. In this Certifications students will learn every aspects of the Body Barre Fitness Method; from Anatomy in Motion , Yoga & Pilates, Barre Concept and privately training clients. Our program can be taken in sections or all together. Starts this Fall Sept 17th, runs 1 weekend per month for 9 months.

Yoga & Pilates Fundamentals Certification

This Comprehensive training program is designed to help you deepen your understanding of Yoga & Pilates, in order to cultivate a solid, safe and effective practice. The program emphasizes developing a sense of Mastering Pilates core principles and Vinyasa inspired yoga flow concepts. Students will learn a practical foundation to instruct group fusion fitness classes in either yoga , Pilates or both combined . This portion of our Teacher Training is for all levels and can be done alone or with our full 200 hr Certification. $1000 +hst
